The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or where submission of documents to competent registration authorities (FSB of the Russian Federation, KNB of the Republic of Kazakhstan, GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic) is necessary within the scope of a service agreement concluded with the User.
