User Agreement
Effective from the date of publication
1. Status of This Document and Website Information
1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between Meecho Technologies group of companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) arising from the use of the website meechotech.com.
1.2. Attention: No information, materials, prices, or timelines published on this website constitute a public offer under the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, or the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.3. All information is provided for informational purposes only. Final terms of consulting services, timelines, and pricing are fixed exclusively in a bilateral contract after a detailed audit of the User’s technical documentation.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. All objects available on the website, including design elements, text, graphic images, and logos, are objects of the Administration’s exclusive rights.
2.2. Use of website content, as well as any other website elements, is permitted only within the functionality offered by the website. No website content elements may be used in any other way without prior authorization of the rights holder.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. The website is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administration does not guarantee that the website will meet the User’s requirements, or that access will be uninterrupted, fast, reliable, and error-free.
3.2. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use or inability to use the website, including losses caused by interpretation of information regarding notification procedures.
3.3. Decisions of competent state authorities (FSB, KNB, GKNB) are beyond the Administration’s direct control until an official service agreement is signed.
4. Amendment of Terms
4.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement without any special notice to the User. A new version enters into force upon publication on the website.
